MCB 0.9.7 Uploaded

I've uploaded version 0.9.7 of the Multi-Context Broker login module for Shibboleth 2.4.x to the Shibboleth wiki under contributions.

This version fixes all outstanding bugs and is the release candidate for version 1.0.0.

If you have been testing with the MCB, I would urge you to download this version and run through your tests again.
