Error Message with IdP "LoginContext key cookie was not present in request"

Both of these log excerpts show the assertion being sent to Lynda

The “LoginContext key cookie.. “ messages have nothing to do with the Lynda requests / post process.
Are you sure you are sending all the attributes you need to from your prod IdP?
What does the UI (browser) error report show.. ?
