ADFS to Shibboleth

Ok I had found that OID before but wasn't clear on the changes that needed to be made.  So I would switch out the urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113730.3.1.3 to urn:oid:1.2.840.113556.1.4.35.  Would the query = ';employeeNumber be left alone or changed?

Would I need to tell the SP to look for that OID or does that matter?  Sorry for the probably basic questions.

 Is there a OID for employeeID?
