Detection of replay attack in clustered environment

It is a big difficult in our environment to use that suggested odbc driver. I
don't want to go into details but we don't have traditional sql database. So
I have to find out a way how to prevent replay attacks in clustered
environment (one loadbalancer, multiple Apaches and each with own
shibboleth). 
Is there any way how to do it? Could you descibe at least principle? Or
hints.
