Since the load testing is actually being done on the IDP side, or more accurately on CA Siteminder doing the authentication in front of the IDP, they want to test logout, too. They could call the logout URL on the IDP directly and let it destroy the Siteminder session as I have it currently doing, or we could give them a whole bunch of test users. Either way, you've answered my question. Thanks.

Well, if you mean SAML logout, then yes, this design flaw would basically preclude doing that, or you'll need to make sure the NameID is unique in each test run.
