Absolute path references in Shibboleth IDP configuration

There's the Resource Filter capability that allows for property
replacement [1], and in the specific case of native Spring files, Spring
has specific features for property replacement that you can find in their
documentation. Those should work, but only on the native bean files.

I don't know any specifics beyond that.
