Building database backed session storage

Ok, I believe I have it working as a Maven build. You can get the project from BitBucket:

https://bitbucket.org/clareity/saml-sso

Note that is different than where the project has been hosted.

I have not updated the wiki yet, though I think it is pretty accurate still. I did rename a few classes/files inside the JAR to prevent conflicts with other uses of Hibernate.
