I don’t think so..
I believe what Scott meant is the entity or resource itself. In other terms the part doing the SAML exchange, in your case you said Weblogic , is it equipped to deal with data from multiple external entities.
Unless Weblogic has been seriously reworked in its dealings with SAML (2) then it will not handle discovery nor dealing with multiple providers well, or at all from what I recall.
You could of corse add OIF into the mix which is the “federating” piece of the O stack, multiple IdPs and such.
It has been a while since I messed with this stuff though so YMMV.
