ISAPI mappings and IIS 7 with multiple websites

I didn't think to try that.  It looks like the website I'm developing is now working with Shibboleth as well, I just had to check it at:

http://localhost:26483/Shibboleth.sso/Status

That tells me the physical, not the logical. If they're the same, then you're not virtualizing, which is fine.

You claimed to be accessing https://localhost(:443). If nothing else, that certainly says to me that you would get an error indicating you hadn't mapped that site, because site 2, which you did map, is on port 80.
