ISAPI mappings and IIS 7 with multiple websites

I never post questions on forums but this really has me stumped.  I just
installed and configured Shibboleth on our web server.  When I navigate to
the following URI on the server:

https://localhost/Shibboleth.sso/Status

I get the following error message:



I've read that other users that have multiple websites in a single instance
of IIS experience the same issue.  However, I haven't yet found a working
solution.

Under the "ISAPI" element in shibboleth2.xml, I added the following element:



Where "XXXX" is the domain name that is blacked out in the screen shot of
the list of websites in IIS below:

Please zoom out if you can't see enough of the image above.  I completely
restarted the web server and still get the same error message.  I've
included the rest of shibboleth2.xml below with, again, "XXXX" replacing the
actual domain name:
