A HTTP 403 on the SP cannot be from the IDP, and the IDP's log show
that a transientId and a custom attribute called "userLogin" was
successfully sent. Whether the access denied on the SP side is to be
expected due to access control (on the SP side), of whether that's a
webserver or SAML SP misconfigurtion only you can know.
