Best way to configure Shib SP on IIS with endpoint to redirect to after receiving IdP-initiated assertion?

That answers my question.
I can't rely on RelayState from the IdP, and so have been using homeURL
(with an absolute URL) for some years, but I always had it in the back of my
mind that using the "at rest" URL wasn't necessarily the most appropriate
way.
Now that I have to switch to a relative home URL (for site aliasing), I
thought I would double-check that using homeURL is actually the best way,
and it would seem that it is.
