Setting up SP in Apache on windows

The mod_shib_22.so file does exist.

I followed the instructions in https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPWindowsApacheInstaller and created a default shibd service.

Well, does that file exist?
How did you install the SP? Using this?
