Single logout not working

The SAML spec says this means:
"The responding provider does not recognize the principal specified or
implied by the request."
(if that's any help to you.)

But even if you fixed the above error, the IDP still does not support
SLO. (See the 1st sentence of
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/SLOIssues )
So what is it you're trying to achive?
