It's pretty much the same as in V2:  Set the logger for "
PROTOCOL_MESSAGE" to DEBUG. [1]  (The other packages listed for v2 are
going to be different in v3 due to project re-organization).

This will log both the inbound messages (requests) from the decoders and
the outbound messages (responses) from the encoders.
