At the end of SP-initiated SLO, how does SP knows where to redirect to ?

Our opinion is that it's nonsensical to have "single logout" and end up at 
the SP, so we use an extension on by default that tells the IdP not to 
respond at all.

For other scenarios, there's a return paramter you can supply to the 
LogoutInitiator.
