Again this is generated by the **CAS CLIENT** software running on the shibboleth IdP box.. 
The service that you see is the return location for the CAS server to return. I don’t think you can load it with other payload of this stuff would not 
work. :-) 

Although there are people who do both things hear on this list it is really the incorrect place to ask this question. 
But your answer will most likely be the same ..
