different authentication page

No, it's the same question.

The document you send me is for userPassword authentication but me, i use
CAS for authentication. and the use of page 1 or 2 will be managed in cas.
i juste want how to change the url to call CAS. this is to tell CAS
 i will acces R1 or R2.
