SP 2.5 + Windows Apache 2.2 not populating environment vars

Hi,
I'm trying to run a (pretty stock) SP 2.5 under Apache 2.2 in Windows 2k8.
I have integration through testshib.org to a page, but it appears that no
environment variables are being set at all.
I do believe I've uncommented out just about everything in
attribute-map.xml to see if I can get something - ANYTHING - to work.

I do get:

  [Shib-Application-ID] => default
    [Shib-Session-ID] => _af5ffaeb86930b6253028295be3cf617
    [Shib-Identity-Provider] => https://idp.testshib.org/idp/shibboleth
    [Shib-Authentication-Instant] => 2014-12-03T17:24:10.234Z
    [Shib-Authentication-Method] =>
urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:ac:classes:PasswordProtectedTransport
    [Shib-AuthnContext-Class] =>
urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:ac:classes:PasswordProtectedTransport
    [Shib-Session-Index] => _5c7395105e48885e8bf223b678922be6

But nothing else.

What have I done wrong here? I'm hoping it's something unobvious...
