Thank you. Luckily I was able to update the SP entity ID within the webex SSO config console as a unique ID and all worked well. Now I just need to change the SSO config for all 5.

Nothing whatsoever. Can't be done. The first descriptor for that entityID is the only one it will see. It's not possible to have metadata like that.
If the only difference is the endpoints, then you will have to manually create corrected metadata with all the endpoints. If there are other differences, it's possible that it's simply invalid on the face of it.
