Single Logout WSDL not valid

I don't remember validation fails when we started implementing SLO in 
our Shib environment in three applications based on the information in 
that wiki article. One of the apps was in fact Moodle to which the 
sample slo implementation code in the wiki belongs to.
Tomaz: Did you make sure, you copied just the relevant parts from the 
wiki page and by chance did replace the php-code inside the wsdl by 
something meaningful?
Which validation tool did you use?
