HTTP 404 after get the Authenticated from ADFS

Hi,

Our Campus new setup a Shibboleth as SP and ADFS as IdP for the Library E-
resource. Everything is fine if the link is HTTP.

But HTTPS link, after get the authenticated from ADFS, it returned 
https://lib.our-url.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST

Any idea why it happened? Or where I should check for?

Sorry that I'm the new for Shibboleth and the guy who handle the system was 
leave >.<
