Transfer to another site after Login

Hi

I installed the Shibboleth on server2008 with IIS7.
I've made the necessary settings on the server (DNS and CER) and in
shibboleth.xml
Also I've set up one IDP.

Shibboleth server should function only to authentication
Then it should redirect to another server with a parameter of  email.

i create a link with
https://www.switch.ch/aai/support/serviceproviders/sp-compose-login-url.html
Indeed, the first time he redirect me to make a login in the IDP site
after login he redirect my to   Shibboleth.sso/Session

Where do I set this thing. And how I pass parameters.
