If you're working in production, I'd recommend doing what I do for the UKf, base things off the 0.8 release and put any new code you write in a separate repository. Here's the repository with the UKf extensions in it:

	https://github.com/ukf/ukf-mda

You can see that repository also has an 0.9pre branch based on the Shibboleth MDA subversion HEAD which gives you an idea of the changes that will be coming in the next version.

If you Apache license your repository then we can pull things into the Shibboleth codebase later.
