Suppress subject locality?

Which is not to say that there shouldn't be an option, but for the case
where the *client* might be coming from behind a firewall and people don't
want to expose the information.

I don't recall offhand if I added a suppress option to this for V3, but if
you'd file a RFE on it, I'll remember to do it.
