Nobody can look at your files and tell from that what metadata they have,
but you can tell from the log what certificate's key they encrypted the
data under (it's the one in the KeyInfo of the EncryptedKey element) and
compare it to what you have locally.

If you want to pay me to do that, you certainly can, but I don't come
cheap, so you're probably better off finding somebody who didn't write the
software and doesn't charge an extremely high premium for that fact.
