I will point our Danish colleagues to an archived post of this, maybe
something can be done about those OIOSAML bugs (which uses code from
the Shibboleth project, OpenSAML).
Your NameIDFormat issue doesn't make sense to me the way your describe
it, maybe there's a cut&paste error in that. But that could be fixed on
the wiki page Scott mentioned.
