I know, but my point originally is that you shouldn't have had to guess or
go hunting. It would be like somebody telling you to put an attribute into
your LDAP directory and not telling you what to call it. Somehow that's
viewed as acceptable practice by commercial services today.

At this point I think the cloud means "incompetence operationalized".
