SP Configuration issue

Perhaps the metadata's wrong or the SP configuration is. Or maybe you're
manually generating a request somehow that doesn't use that entityID. Or
the metadata is broken and not loading into the IdP. Or probably a few
other possibilities. There's no way for an outsider to tell.
