I think what everyone is trying to say is that your chosen entityID
MAY resolve to actual metadata but that is by no means REQUIRED by any
spec or profile. Usually your metadata is distributed by a 3rd party
(like InCommon) in which case having your entityID resolve can
actually cause you problems. You want your partners to go to ONE place
for metadata, I think you see that.
