UTF8 in asserted attribute values

Sorry, I misread your mail wrt the above instructions from SURFnet.

If saml-google.xml is the SAML assertion from the browser you should
be good, I guess. Looking at the umlauts more closely in the XML with
an editor probably won't hurt, though.
