Error Message: No peer endpoint available to which to send SAML response

Hi, I am new to Shibboleth and configured Shibboleth SP portion on my local
machine using Apache with windows. I am now trying to test with TeshShib 2
service and when I hit url: https://localhost/secure I receive the login
page and after loggin in I get message: No peer endpoint available to which
to send SAML response . 
The idp logs shows that:

00:10:46.460 - ERROR
[edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.idp.profile.AbstractSAMLProfileHandler:447]
- No return endpoint available for relying party
https://localhost/shibboleth

I am uploading shibboleth2.xml and sp metadata.xml: shibboleth2.xml
