Exception when starting IDP for the first time

Hi

I downloaded the shibboleth-identityprovider-2.4.0-bin.zip package and
unzipped it. When running startup.sh I get the following exception:

I had a look at the download & install-page for Shibboleth IDP, but that
documentation seems to be out of date or else I'm missing something. There
is now 'war' archive as mentioned.

I'm using Mac OS X.
java version "1.6.0_51"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_51-b11-457-11M4509)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.51-b01-457, mixed mode)

I don't have any other java processes running. Any suggestions?
