Attributes from HTTP query

I need to retrieve certain attributes from our mainframe. Other
applications do that by an HTTP request:

http://mainframe/some/path?uid=######

where uid is our university ID number.

I haven't seen what comes back yet, but I'll bet it's either CSV or
Name=Value style stuff.

Is there any way for shib to use this as the source for an attribute
resolver?
