Shibboleth attribute release confirmation

Hello.
I'm the administrator of our Shibboleth Identity Provider and I'm looking for solution of confirming release of attributes by user - something like step 4 in U-M's howto at http://www.itcs.umich.edu/itcsdocs/r1464/.

I think I should alter some of JSPs provided in Shibboleth IdP but need some clue where to start.
