Reg: Shibboleth IdP Self-Signed Certificate

Hello,

I have got a shibboleth self signed certificate installed on the idp server.
It is not showing any certificate error if I install the certificate on the
Trusted Store internally. Whereas when I access the idp externally, it
throws me certificate error. 

Is there any chance to avoid this issue? Kindly help me.
