Yikes! You mean the wiki or the net site?

I like the idea of steps and it was / is pretty simple when just dealing
with testshib.

I think rather than re work the structure of the current wiki (which I
happen to like). It could be advantageous to create a more step centric
guide (set of pages) that could augment and link into the current structure. 
That might be helpful for getting someone up and running.

I of course would not expect the core bunch to do this .. but rather 
us ;-) (they are busy enough)
