testshib facelift

Hi all,

I know some of you (like myself) have used the TestShib service in the
past and some are still using it now and again for some form of testing.

I believe the service it provides is a valuable asset to this community
in terms of getting people up and running with a POC or other quick
demo to kick things off at an institution / organization.

I have taken a bit of time to rework the "look" of the main site (SP and
IdP yet to do) and incorporate a few interesting things about the
service. Functionally it is still the same old TestShib and it will take
your metadata and or give you a shibboleth2.xml file just has it always
has..

If you have a chance and want to kick the tires you can take a look at 
a pre update redo at:

Still two outstanding pages and the SP/IdP re-look to do.
Baring any huge anomalies site will be moved over to the new look mid to 
late next week.

Also note I'm not a designer ..and don't claim to be.
