Problems with IdP proxy

Apart from that in this wiki:

It is not asking me to change any tomcat setting, but asking me to inhibit
consistent address check. To me I feel wiki is trying to resolve the
address match issue in a different way than your(Peter and Scott) approach.
Is there any misunderstanding?
