Service provider unable to load private key from file

Well, with me at least you're welcome to suggest anything that might
be the problem, and I wouldn't be insulted. Especially if it isn't my
fault :) This was a lot of work and I'm just excited we're finally
going to have it installed in our staging environment soon. I
genuinely appreciate all the help I've received through the user
group.
