Shibboleth configuration issue

I don't know what your website has at this location.
What's the full error message? Check any log files (webserver,
shibboleth logs) for error messages.

A) We didn't found any information in IIS as well as in Shibboleth logs.
In server we have normal websites and Shibboleth websites.
Will you please provide document to configure Shibboleth in Windows server
2008 64bit.

Why would you "browse" (i.e., send a HTTP GET request) to that
endpoint? What documentation are you following?
