Single log out across all service providers

The SP exposes what you append to the end of the HTTP Cookie that
get's set, literelly.  So by adding a Domain there that's what will be
set on the HTTP Cookie.
I don't recall what needs to be done to the IdP, possibly something
more intrusive.  Maybe check the archives.
