Not what I meant, I'm talking about AJP and other remoting of requests to
containers or servers. People frequently ProxyPass /foo and then need to
carve out !/foo/Shibboleth.sso

If you left out the assignment of the applicationId to that path prefix, I
suppose that would do it, but since you were already getting a loop that
didn't seem likely.
