redirectErrors and accessError

Is there a reason why this is so? I could see benefit in not having to update files in all of the app servers just to fix some wording or to keep up with branding and layout etc.

Apache has similar redirect feature, which we used initially, but that does not carry the information about the resource the user was trying to access, thus reducing customer support quality in case something went wrong.
