is anyone familiar with microsoft's "Office Pro Plus"

HI,

I've been invited to a local meeting to discuss interoperating with 
"Office Pro Plus".

The info provided so far (by the microsoft reps) includes:

> Microsoft recently announced that it is offering Office 365 (office
apps in the cloud) to universities for their students beginning in
December.

> We don't have a lot of detail on this version of the office 365
offering, but apparently they are offering integration through ADFS,
dirsynch and maybe one other approach.

My guess is that this is just a re-branding of Office 365, which can be 
accessed using Shib... but I'm wondering if anyone has any more specific 
info about "Office Pro Plus" than my guess.
