Assuming you're talking about the Internet2 FileSender instance,
according to its metatdata it only needs ePPN and mail.

Did you check what your IdP releases in the idp-audit.log?

If it reallly released all the above that would point to an error with
the FileSender instance. The metadata lists techsupport at internet2.edu
as technical contanct for that service.
