SP 2.5.2 build error 'XSECCryptoException'

Hi,

If I build SP 2.5.2 using these dependencies:

log4shib-1.0.8.tar.gz
opensaml-2.5.3.tar.gz
shibboleth-sp-2.5.2.tar.gz
xerces-c-3.1.1.tar.gz
xml-security-c-1.7.2.tar.gz
xmltooling-1.5.3.tar.gz

When I try to shibd -t I get:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'XSECCryptoException'
Aborted

If I roll back to an old binary, then shibd -t works as expected
