Interesting point. The OpenSAML class that's complaining is in fact in the instrumented classes list. But, the complaining part attaches ".log" to the class. (presumably why logback gets involved)
In any event POST works and I haven't seen this error before.. at least regularly enough for me to notice.

I thought the possibility to support Artifacts was one of the main
selling points for (thinks like) Terracotta?
