Novell Netiq - Anyone have any experience with this IDP?

I have an IDP running this software and they are trying to pass an entitlement to me and is struggling with the config.  Has anyone worked with this IDP and can offer some insight?  I'll post specifics here if anyone has dealt with this and is willing to offer an opinion :)
