IIS: Moving SP from one server to another

What do I need to consider if I am moving a SP from one (IIS) server, to another?  I've set up many SPs successfully now, but never tried moving one.

I assumed just configuring the SP on the new server and updating the DNS to the new IP address, flushing dns caches, and restarting services would be enough.

I'm getting the below error, which seems to imply the SP can't decrypt the assertion .. as if there's some kind of key cached somewhere.

Any thoughts?  Thanks!
